Hidden Islands captures the flavour of a sun-drenched escape, combining juicy pineapple with coconut, apple, rose hip and hibiscus. This colourful fruit infusion is inspired by tropical piña colada flavours, without needing a beach or cocktail umbrella.
What does it taste like?
Bright pineapple, soft coconut and a refreshing fruity tang. Delicious hot, and equally tempting brewed and chilled for a warm afternoon.
How to brew
4g per 200ml of water at 95°C; infuse for 5–7 minutes. Allow to cool before serving cold. Adjust the quantity and steeping time to suit your preferred strength.

Pineapple (30%; pineapple, cane sugar, citric acid E330), cut hibiscus, rose hip, apple pieces (apple, salt, citric acid, possibly ascorbic acid), grated coconut, coconut chips, flavouring.
