Every Ivy Moon garment is made to order, using a print-on-demand process. This means your item is created just for you, once you place your order—no mass production, no overstock, just intentional, mindful fashion made with love and purpose.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Because each piece is printed especially for you, please allow up to 7 working days for your garment to be created before it is posted out. After dispatch, UK orders usually arrive within 2–3 working days. You'll receive a notification as soon as your order is on its way.

What materials do you use?
Our clothing is made from organic cotton—soft, breathable, and kind to both skin and soil. We’ve chosen high-quality, ethically made garments that align with our values of sustainability and slow, sacred living.

Where are the designs from?
All artwork is created in-house by us here at Ivy Moon. Each image carries intention and meaning—born from our spiritual path, Pagan folklore, and a lifelong love of ancestral magic and the natural world.

What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer sizes from XS to 3XL, with full measurements available on our sizing guide. Our designs are intended to be comfortable and inclusive—wear what feels good and makes you feel most yourself.

How should I care for my garment?
To keep your Ivy Moon piece looking beautiful:
– Wash inside out at 30°C
– Do not tumble dry
– Avoid ironing directly over the printed area

Can I return an item?
Yes, though as each piece is made to order, we kindly ask you to choose mindfully. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. Just email us at helloivymoon@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
