Shipping policy

 

1. UK Shipping Rates

We charge flat-rate shipping regardless of how many items you order:

  • Mainland UK: £5

We do not currently offer express or next-day delivery.

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding local holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

3. Delivery Times 

 

Non-clothing items

  • After processing, delivery takes an estimated 2–4 business days.

  • The total estimated delivery time from placing an order is 4–6 business days.

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to courier issues.

Clothing items

Because each item is printed especially for you. Please allow up to 7 working days for your garment to be created before it is dispatched. After this, it should usually arrive within 2-3 working days. You will receive a notification when your order is on its way to you.

4. Multiple Parcels

We work with multiple suppliers who may ship your items separately. As a result:

  • Your order may arrive in more than one parcel.

  • Parcels may arrive on different days.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Where applicable, a tracking link will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched.

  • If your order arrives in multiple parcels, you may receive more than one tracking link.

6. Lost or Delayed Deliveries

  • If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of ordering, please contact us at helloivymoon@gmail.com

  • We recommend using a trackable service for any returns.
