Autumn Equinox Goddess Candle – Harvest Orange

Welcome the turning season with our Autumn Equinox Goddess Candle, a warm and earthy Ivy Moon design created for the second harvest and the moment of balance between light and darkness.

The rich burnt-orange and russet Goddess motif evokes autumn leaves, harvested fields, fruit, grain and the deepening colours of the land. At her centre sits the spiral, an enduring symbol of life's cycles and the continual movement from growth into harvest, rest and eventual renewal.

Designed for the Autumn Equinox, often celebrated within modern Pagan traditions as Mabon, this candle is particularly suited to workings around balance, gratitude, abundance, completion, protection and preparing for the darker months ahead.

Goddesses you may choose to honour at this season include Ériu, Banba, Fódla, Macha, Mór Muman and Brigantia, connecting the candle with traditions of land, sovereignty and sacred female presence across Britain and Ireland.

Use it as the centrepiece of an Autumn Equinox altar, light it during seasonal meditation or ritual, or allow it to become part of your own practice of recognising everything the year has given before the descent towards winter begins.

Each candle is hand designed and crafted by Ivy Moon and provides an approximate 45-hour burn time, making it ideal for repeated use throughout the Sabbat season.

Our seasonal Goddess candles have become hugely popular among customers celebrating the Sabbats, creating Wheel of the Year altars and bringing a little of the turning landscape into their homes and spiritual practice.
