Ethernal Elixir pairs Sencha green tea with Pai Mu Tan white tea, layering gently grassy leaves with apple, cinnamon and a subtle almond accent. The result is a fragrant, lightly sweet infusion with a soft finish.
What does it taste like?
Smooth green and white tea notes, a little orchard-fruit sweetness and a whisper of warming spice. Beautiful for a slower morning or an unhurried afternoon.
How to brew
2g per 200ml of water at 65–75°C; infuse for 5–8 minutes. Adjust the quantity and steeping time to suit your preferred strength.
Ingredients
Sencha green tea, Pai Mu Tan white tea, chopped cinnamon, cinnamon, apple pieces (apple, salt, citric acid, possibly ascorbic acid), rolled almond, flavouring.
