Druid's Forest is a fruit-forward infusion inspired by brambles and hedgerows. Hibiscus and rose hips create a beautifully vivid base, while cherry, blackberry, raspberry and strawberry add sweet, tangy fruit character.
What does it taste like?
Bright red in the cup, with a lively berry aroma and a delicious balance of fruity sweetness and hibiscus tartness. Lovely when you want a change from traditional black tea.
How to brew
4g per 200ml of water at 95°C; infuse for 5–7 minutes. Adjust the quantity and steeping time to suit your preferred strength.
Ingredients
Cut hibiscus, rose hips, raisins (raisins, sunflower oil), currants (currants, sunflower oil), apple pieces (apple, salt, citric acid, possibly ascorbic acid), blackberry leaf, dried cherry (cherry, sugar, sunflower oil), freeze-dried raspberry, freeze-dried strawberry, freeze-dried blackberry, flavouring.
